  3. Add the sliced steak, onion, and bell peppers, and cook until the steak is browned about 5 minutes.

    Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless pork shoulder roast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  4. Rub the spice mixture over the pork shoulder.

  7. Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 30 minutes, or until the pork is crispy on the outside.

  9. Shred the pork with a fork and return it to the roasting pan.
  10. Toast the hoagie rolls and add the shredded pork, cheese, and broccoli rabe.

    Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs clams, scrubbed and shucked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 4 strips bacon, diced
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, bacon, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
